Trout caviar is one of the most popular kind of caviar. It has a pleasant and mild taste and rich in nutrients. The caviar grains are of medium size (about 4mm in diameter) with bright-orange color.
Traditionally, trout caviar is served with dairy products- cream, cheese or sour cream.
The caviar contains no preservatives (except salt), but if a customer wishes to, we can add a complex additive of antioxidants and preservatives VAREX (sorbic acid, ascorbic acid (vitamin C) and erythorbic acid).
