Keta caviar (also known as Chum caviar) is considered the most valuable caviar amongst all salmon caviar kinds. It’s caviar is large (with grains up to 8mm) and has saturated orange color.
Keta caviar is a very nutritious product, that is rich in vitamins E, C, PP, B1, B2, B12, micro- and macro-elements, OMEGA-3 and OMEGA-6 fatty acids. This caviar has a high protein content, which is very healthy for immunity, skins and good for overall health.
Recommended to serve on tartlets, on toast, biscuits, or on blinis (tradition Russian pancakes). Traditionally served with chilled vodka or champagne.
The caviar contains no preservatives (except salt), but if a customer wishes to, we can add a complex additive of antioxidants and preservatives VAREX (sorbic acid, ascorbic acid (vitamin C) and erythorbic acid).
