Sturgeon caviar
A delicacy that for many centuries remained the most appreciated and desired. Even in 7th century, in Russia, people have learned to process wild sturgeon caviar and, during the reign of Ivan the Terrible, fishermen were obliged to supply the royal house with sturgeon caviar.
The word “caviar” come from Persian language and means “food of power”, which fully describes the sturgeon caviar. Because sturgeon caviar is one of those rare foods and not only incredibly tasty, but also unbelievably healthy.
